How do I claim the unlockable experiences/collectibles that come with my NFT?

The Miami HEAT Mashup NFT Collection consists of 11 unique NFT editions. Of those editions, 11 NFTs offer the opportunity to "unlock" additional experiences and/or physical memorabilia.

Upon completion of the auction, the highest bidder will gain access to "redeem" unlockable content via FTX.US. The collector must be the holder of the NFT by March 21, 2022 at 11:59PM EST and redeem the unlockable content by March 25, 2022 at 5:00PM EST.
